Former Editor-in-Chief turned multi-hyphenate creative force, Cloudy Zakrocki makes things happen in business, media, fashion, and in the lives of the people she helps to rewrite the rules of success. CURRENT WORK

In 2025, Cloudy adds author to her list of titles with the release of her first book, You Manifest You, published by Penguin Random House / Irisiana on 24 September 2025 — a practical, science-backed guide to manifestation rooted in neuroscience and quantum physics.

Since 2024, she has been running her mentorship program You Manifest You, a six-week intensive helping people live self-determined, authentic, and successful lives. That same year, she co-founded 2nd home, an online marketplace for second-hand interiors with a mission to disrupt the traditional furniture and décor industry through a curated, seamless approach to vintage design. Also in 2024, she made her design debut, co-creating a capsule collection with German heritage brand Seidensticker. The collaboration has been such a success that it is still ongoing, now in its fourth edtion.

PAST EXPERIENCE

Before this new chapter, Cloudy spent over a decade shaping culture from the inside out. As Vice President for International Content & Brand Strategy at Refinery29, she launched the German platform from scratch in 2016, co-led the French launch in 2019, and steered the brand through its merger with VICE Media Group.

Her career also spans leading editorial relaunches, consulting for major publishing houses and e-commerce giants, and co-founding creative agencies MIKADO Culture and ONLY GOOD PEOPLE. She has served as Executive Editor Online at the German edition of Interview Magazine, contributed to LesMads, and worked with two of Germany’s largest publishing houses.
